Disability-Competent Care for Healthcare Staff (DCC-R and DCC-H)

Introduces the DCC Model and staff's role in screening patients for self-identified disabilities, including the Patient Disability Screening questions. Prepares staff to handle difficult screening scenarios and to communicate respectfully with and about patients with disabilities. Customizable to remove screening questions if not needed.
